I placed my order directly through their website without using a third-party delivery app like Doordash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub. Unfortunately, my food never arrived. I tried reaching out to the driver who supposedly dropped off the food but received no response. When I called Moe's, they kept asking me to wait 10-15 minutes, even though I had already waited 30 minutes. When I asked for a refund, they refused and insisted I speak to the manager, even though I could hear the worker on the phone speaking to the manager themselves. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful, promising to call me back when they were free but never following through. Additionally, I found out they were closing in an hour, adding to the frustration. Overall, my experience with Moes was extremely disappointing, with poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. It seemed like the manager was avoiding addressing the issue or issuing a refund, showing a lack of professionalism and accountability.
This restaurant is always a fantastic choice for lunch. The service is quick and I always end up with enough leftovers for another meal.
