Bidra med feedbackIn my 15 years to leave reviews, this is only the second time that I've rated 1 star. 4 pizzas ordered for pickup. I wanted to pick her up. Almost 10 employees work, all in a restricted area, NOT ONE PERSON WEARING A MASK OR FOOD PREP GLOVES... although it is a state mandate. From food processors to the last cut and boxer, all touch and breathe on the food. I requested a refund. What turns out to be a manager (also maskless and gloveless) rolls her eyes and tells me I'm overreacting and I need to get a hint about Kovid. I went and went to Taco Bell, all her employees were masked and glove.
I placed an online order for $100 and received a call just a minute later asking if I could have it delivered in an hour instead of the next 30 minutes. The first person I spoke to said that would be fine and assured me he would check with the kitchen. Then I received a text stating that my delivery was on the way. However, when I called back, I was met with a rude and unhelpful woman who seemed annoyed. She mentioned that they couldn't accommodate my request since they had already started making the pizzas when they first called, and somehow they had managed to make eight pizzas in just 90 seconds.
I used to live by this Dominos and always had a good experience. They also made the best breadsticks. I moved recently and accidentally ordered online here and didn’t realize until after the order was made. I called to let them know I wouldn’t be picking it up and they could have the pizza. They graciously refunded me, even though they’d already taken the time making it. I was happy to just let them have it since it was my mistake. I truly appreciated that they would go above and beyond. Thanks!
On my last two orders, there was no cheese in my cheese bread. The bread was cooked nicely.
I 'm not sure if it 's common knowledge or not, but you no longer talk to your local store when you place an order for Domino 's, you go to a call center?..After confirming all details of my order, when I got the total for my order and it was more than I expected, I asked the representative why it was so much. She indicated there was a $4.99 delivery charge . I asked if the delivery charge went to the drivers and she said no . I asked why they called it a delivery charge if it didn 't go to the drivers (admin fee would be sufficient and she could not answer my question. She offered to transfer me to a supervisor which turns out was a manager at the local Domino 's that I ordered from. He was able to somewhat clarify the delivery fee, so fine, whatever, it 's $20+ in pizza, and I 'm hungry, right? So all 's good...However when I waited for my order for the next half hour and never received any text messages (which I had asked for as confirmation for delivery time, etc. the local store said they did not have my order. Very mature, thanks guys. Either Sue at corporate customer service or Meek at our local store were mad enough about me asking about the delivery charge and whether they went to the drivers or not for them to actually cancel my order. I expected you to drop it or spit in it, but not cancel my order all together. Thumbs down Domino 's you were always my second choice after Parkway Pizza in St Louis Park...no more
