Bidra med feedbackI had a very unpleasant experience with a driver named Martin. I chose not to give him a tip, and he reacted extremely poorly. He became aggressive and mumbled under his breath as he walked away, giving me a hostile glare. The restaurant should make it clear to their drivers that tips are not mandatory. Martin should be let go for this behavior!
I was expecting a delivery to my house, but they've disabled online orders, so I had to make a phone call instead, and I couldn’t use any coupons. I understand their reasoning, but honestly, it feels really unfair and frustrating. I was told to change my city for the order, but that still isn't working. The customer service was poor, and the attitude was unhelpful, especially from the manager I was supposed to speak with. I guess this is what I can expect from Domino’s.
I placed an online order for $100 and received a call just a minute later asking if I could have it delivered in an hour instead of the next 30 minutes. The first person I spoke to said that would be fine and assured me he would check with the kitchen. Then I received a text stating that my delivery was on the way. However, when I called back, I was met with a rude and unhelpful woman who seemed annoyed. She mentioned that they couldn't accommodate my request since they had already started making the pizzas when they first called, and somehow they had managed to make eight pizzas in just 90 seconds.
Pretty good service, but I think they made their chocolate lava cake smaller and I don't like that, so I think if I offered a feedback, I would probably suggest that they can make the bigger they can't fool me. I owe dom pappadominos greed.
I used to live by this Dominos and always had a good experience. They also made the best breadsticks. I moved recently and accidentally ordered online here and didn’t realize until after the order was made. I called to let them know I wouldn’t be picking it up and they could have the pizza. They graciously refunded me, even though they’d already taken the time making it. I was happy to just let them have it since it was my mistake. I truly appreciated that they would go above and beyond. Thanks!
