Loves this restaurant! the quality for all dishes are so satisfying. I personally love the ochsenzunge and the chicken wings the best. ox back is so soft and well marinated. the chicken wings are crispy outside and juicy inside. I was impressive as they were tuffled into the filling. the aroma is so beautiful. for the rams, I think it is a reasonable price for this quality of the nudel. all three species taste so different and have their own characteristics. I've never seen smoked duck breast with ramen. also the chicken broth was nice. the hunch looks bland, but it really tastes really good. will come back to the next time! there is a minimum fee for aud45 per person for dinner. People who can not eat much should be aware of this.

Great local jewel for a hybrid of fine and casual dining ramen dining experience. Great positive vibe, nice blend of chic and casual interior design. Smoked duck ramen is a must try absolutely delicious. Earl grey custard is another highlight very subtle yet powerful. Great fast service even though it was very busy.

Rude staff made me walk away immediately. EDITED TO REPLY TO OWNERS LIE Wow what a lie in your reply. So for full context to readers my partner and I walked in and asked if there was a table for 2. What the staff member did was look at my partner and I, sighed at us, and then said “you know we have a minimum right? It’s on a sign at the front.” The staff member didn’t tell us how much the minimum was, instead I walked outside to check the sign. If the staff members attitude was friendlier e.g “hi there’s a wait for a table for 2. Also on weekends we have a $45 per person minimum spend.” Then yes I would have considered eating there. But when your staff members treat customers like we’re a nuisance I’m not going to spend my money there. Also why shouldn’t I leave a 1 star review? Service is part of the restaurant business and you guys were so bad that it made me not want to eat there. If you’re precious about your rating then do a better job it’s not that hard.
