Marco Polo - St Joseph

I was looking for a restaurant where I could linger and really enjoy the flavors of fresh locally made food. This place has it all...cozy atmosphere, helpful servers, delicious food, and adventurous options that play on your tastebuds!

Adventurous menu that is absolutely DELICIOUS and fun! The owner is extremely hospitable and accommodating, always answering our questions and even teaching us interesting things. I love to learn, so it's a rewarding experience for me, and one that doesn't have to be humored, but he always do Is. St. Joe desperately needs places like Marco Polo! This place is a fun find! It’s enjoyable to discover something different and unexpected. We came in late in the evening, but they happily accommodated us, and we never felt rushed. The service is excellent! The menu is delightfully new and ordering felt adventurous. Make sure you save room for desert! The bread pudding is divine.

I love the atmosphere in this restaurant wood decor everywhere and cozy tables. We had drinks, appetizer, entrees and dessert every dish had a little unique variation and was tasty. Shrimp and grits had a fantastic smoky flavor. The naan bread and goat cheese served was different and yummy. Service was awesome we like to take our time and the waiter was nearby frequently, but not rushing us. Had fun talking to the owner, who is really nice. This is a place where you can relax and sit awhile, which I love. Definitely planning to come back soon.
