Rich's Famous Burgers - St. James

Are inside once and the food was good. Ordered online and called ahead for pickup and they continue to mess up the order.

It's all about learning what you like at Rich's. Everything is Great, but only once you figure out how to order it , just the way you want it . Extra seasoning, or none at all. But all in all, one of the best places in the area to eat. The places and the people are all 1st class.

Italian beef sandwich was actually a Philly with no peppers but tasty none the less... And waitress was super sweet and apologetic for no peppers or aus jus... Good place cool environment ?

Fantastic spot for burgers! We tried the build-your-own burger option from the menu, and it was cooked to perfection with great toppings. My only small suggestion would be to toast or warm the buns. We also ordered onion rings as an appetizer, and they were perfectly cooked and nice and crispy. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The food was absolutely delicious! I couldn't resist; the aroma of what I ordered was so enticing that I had to dig in right away. I'll definitely stop by again and highly recommend it to everyone. The fried mushrooms vanished as soon as I opened the bag—mmm, they were so good! Thank you!
