Subway - St. Catharines

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at noon, and it was quite chaotic. There was only one person handling online orders, and when I arrived, my order was not ready. I had to wait for the customers ahead of me to finish their orders before I could finally get mine. It's unrealistic to expect one person to manage this level of demand.

If two employees work, no one has taken over our order via online orders

This location isn't the closest for my needs but the the extra drive is worth it, the staff here is very nice and my veggie sub is always excellent and stuffed full and they always have the freshest bread and fully stocked

I had the worst sub I've ever experienced! I requested all the toppings except for hot peppers, but I barely got any lettuce and only a few cucumber slices. I asked for mayo and sub sauce, but neither were included. To make matters worse, my mom's sub was completely messed up too! This will definitely be the last time I order from the Lake Street location!

The server, Guy, was friendly, but he was incredibly slow—my grandma is quicker than he is!
