KFC - St. Catharines

I visit this restaurant several times a month. This time, we went because my friend wanted to try the chicken sandwich. I ordered the 4-piece meal, which I believe was $11.49 according to the sign. I ended up paying a few cents more. The sign also advertised adding a chicken sandwich for $5. When I pointed out the error in their calculations, the staff member apologized and recalculated the total to be $19.65 after tax. It seems like there is a discrepancy in their pricing or employees are not properly trained. The chicken sandwich I received was overcooked and inedible. I got it replaced, but the replacement was just as bad. I ended up giving it to my dog as it was not fit for human consumption. Be cautious when ordering items as per the advertised prices. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience at KFC and their quality control.

Too fat and expensive. Doesn't taste like it did about five years ago. It's like people don't care anymore.

Would not recommend this place!! Bad service I ever had!! Very limited hot food and is not always ready until 11:00 when they say it will be!!

It is a chain so that the food quality is decent, but it is so slow and not the cleanest place. It is quite old and needs updating

Today I stopped to get a 12 piece with fries and gravy. The chicken was fine, but very greasy. Fries were under done. But the worse was the gravy. It was cold, and didn't taste the same as usual. Think I'll just go back to...Popeyes.
