The Florida Cracker Cafe

Everything we had was great. A little pricey, but the service, atmosphere, and food were all perfect. I had the fried shrimp with fries and slaw (coleslaw is great) and my husband had the blackened red fish sandwich with pasta salad and it was deliciousand so fresh! We had an older lady as our serve and she was sweet and knew the menu well. Overall 10/10.

Found this gem while taking the kids to St Augustine?s Historic District. It was busy and the inside portion had a wait but the outside looked like it provided enough shade to comfortably sit outside and it did. We were immediately greeted by staff and allneeds were promptly fulfilled and even anticipated. My drink was never empty. The food was great! Fried tomato BLT with some ofthe best fries I have had! Kids meals were just simply kids meals. Nothing too special on those except for the fries ????

Stopped by the other day for a quick lunch and the food was delicious. My fiancé had the crab cakes w. chip and I had the cheeseburger w. fries. Both very good and the service was quick. Also it was nice to have lunch with our dog. They were going toprovide him water (which we had our own bottle) regardless love a business that takes care of our 4 legged friends! A nice placeto stop by for a quick bite to eat, would recommend.

Loved the food. Wonderful break from the normal chain restaurants and a chance to experience more local food. Only complaint was price point vs portions, although not surprised in a tourist area. Enough food to fill us up but would have expected a littlemore for the cost. Staff was fantastic with service and even gave us local attraction recommendations.
