Marco's Piano - St. Augustine

I had a confirmed reservation for Mother's Day, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We came from out of town and had to scramble to find a last-minute dining option.

I made a reservation for a brunch for four people on Mother's Day through Open Table. I received an immediate confirmation and another reminder two days prior, which I confirmed. After struggling to find parking, we walked over only to discover a large closed sign on the door! I am extremely upset that we were not notified about the closure, and our Mother's Day was ruined as a result!

The restaurant was closed despite our reservation being accepted through OpenTable. I'm not sure who to hold responsible. I hope they can resolve this issue.

We truly enjoyed the venue and the food. It is a bit pricey but the piano music is worth the upcharge. Our only problem was a VERY loud and intrusive man whom the manager and the staff did not address. It completely ruined both our experience (for the time that he was there) and the couple next to us who left very quickly as they were as uncomfortable as we were. The staff is young and hopefully will learn to manage the very nice environment so that all of their customers can enjoy it.
