Bidra med feedbackThought I 'd try Thai food for lunch. This restaurant is close to home and near a few favourites. I ordered spicy tofu and vegetables. The menu states that it comes with rice, I asked to have Thai noodles rather than rice. The owner took the menu and put his finger to the description and said can you read? This threw me a bit and I stated that usually one is able to swap rice out for noodles. He said fine. It 'll cost you $1.70 more. I said that would be fine, he turned and went into the kitchen. When the dish reached my plate I asked for chopsticks and was asked do you know how to use chopsticks? I just stared in amazement. He then brought chopsticks, dropped them on the table and departed. It 's not like they were busy, it 's lunchtime and only one other person in the place. The noodles were Japanese udon noodles, still flat and square and very stuck together. It looks like the package was opened and the noodles just dumped on the plate. I 'm very hungry and used the chopsticks, one in each hand, to pull the noodles apart. There was so little food, I even ate the uncooked noodles. The few pieces of bell peppers were raw. The tofu had a nice crust to them but were liquid inside. As for 'spicy, ' it was not. I shall not return.
The worst customer service I have ever received. I went in and decided on what to order but I had a question as to whether the menu item contained Beef or not, the response I got was hostile and rude. I immediately left without ordering. Also I'll mention the guy seemed more interested at looking at his phone than assisting his customers.
188$ spent. not worth it AT ALL. not authentic in the very least, and the value, as well as the quality, was terrible.with all the other reviews and pics here, i’m surprised this place is still open at all. DO NOT get food from here unless you absolutely hate someone and this is some sick joke/revenge. my gf is thai and was looking for some authentic thai food, and holy god was she disappointed. i felt so bad for her after i saw her expectations absolutely destroyed when she laid eyes upon what we had been given. i’m certain this place is geared towards a more western palette, which is fine, absolutely nothing wrong with that; but the food is painfully average(at best) on even the most basic level. they certainly shouldn’t be charging the premium prices for the food they’re serving.
Was turned away because our group was 5 people, staff is misinformed, told us that legally covid 19 rules say only 4 people can bee sat togetherPlease educate yourselves, the number is 6, you can check online if you dont believe me (I dont expect you to check, since your rude host was so ready to argue and kick us out) thanks
I am from out of town and happened upon this restaurant. I wish I had checked it's ranking on Google before I ordered, and avoided it. I'm really disappointed with my meal. I ordered the shrimp salad for takeout, and the only reason I ate it is because I paid almost $20 for it. For that much I expected healthy looking shrimp and fresh quality ingredients. Unfortunately what I got was sad looking, excessively fishy tasting shrimp and mostly too ripe produce. To top it off, the whole salad was completely doused in sauce, the majority of it fish sauce. In this dish it was way too overpowering, the flavour was horrendous to me. It was a small portion and I couldn't even eat the whole thing. I'm giving it two stars because the server was prompt and reasonably friendly. Do not recommend.
