Who leaves 15 mins before close and sign say be back in 5 mins wait 10 mins and still not there well off to dq I go at least they are open passed 9pm

They closed early. The website lied. They are not open till 10 pm

Service was slow, when we got there one employee was helping a customer and the other was just standing there, there was two of us and two other customers behind us. When the employee who was helping the first customer came over to serve us. Then the employee just standing around help the people behind us, so I don’t understand why we had to wait. My mum ordered the raspberry cheesecake cone and it had like 2 whole berries in it, and it was pretty much completely melted when they handed it to her. It was liquid, she practically had to drink it out of the cone. I understand that ice cream melts but for $7 per cone it should be somewhat solid when it gets passed to the customer. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

The service was alright. Nothing memorable. The ice cream itself was decent. I was worried the cone was going to be stale based on all the other reviews; thankfully it was not.

The store was supposedly open this evening at 8pm. There was a sign on the door stating the store was closed for five minutes. We waited for twenty minutes, a girl could be seen walking around in the back area. We knocked and was ignored. Don't bother going to this location.
