I experienced the worst customer service experience ever, by a manager named Erica. During our interaction, I experienced a high level of unprofessionalism, including rude behavior and yelling. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I believe such conduct is not conducive to a healthy work environment.

Asked for hot sauce for my take out order of burritos....got none. Asked for milk in my coffee....got none! Unfortunate when you find out after you drive away. And what's with their prices lately?
