Wendy's - Springfield

I always enjoy coming here. The prices are quite reasonable for such great food, and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. My orders are always prepared quickly, and I’ve never had any issues with them. The fast food is delicious, and the building is also really beautiful. Food: 5/5

The customer service needs to be more focused on the customers, and the staff should be trained to smile and engage with patrons. In a restaurant like this, there are always others who would be thrilled for the chance to work here, which highlights the issue of a lack of attentiveness.

The tea wasn’t sweet, but the service was quick and accurate. Food rating: 4/5.

Eating was not bad. the people in the window of the drive thru could be a bit more friendly in my opinion food: 3/5

Went to have breakfast for first time at this location after several other had been very disappointing this location and the breakfast Crue really impressed me they were super fast and the food was amazing I won't to thank them for their service today September 22 2022 approximately 9:28am or so Wendy official's and management need to greatly consider raises for the breakfast Crue
