Mcdonald's - Springfield

Guess French fries don't come with a meal anymore :

23 minutes for a burger this place sucks then I go in and they forgot I was waiting.. They also forgot my sons fries and toy in Happy meal unreal...

Place is great and quite fast also from what I could see it seemed quite clean, so I have double cheese burger and it was almost like a souvenir it was perfect actually I had 2 and also 3 applecake and extra large vanilla milkshake

15 minutes waiting for the counter is long enough. too long. no single person has recognized anyone at the counter, including me. pity that the wendy’s literally had a better customer service next door, and someone who welcomed them as soon as they went into the door.

Try to buy a mcflurry with cash. it was said that they had to pay in register, but no one came to take my order. then my friends had to wait 15 minutes until there were simple commands that should not wait so long as there was no line. decided not to buy the mkflurry because how long the waiting time would take if someone were able to take my order.
