Maria's 371 Family - Springfield

We were in Springfield and looking for a place to eat and this place came recommended. The menu is vast covering many items from standard Italian to Mexican. It was very busy, and we're warned in advance that it might take a while, which it did. But we were warned and okay with it. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We went on a Wednesday at 530pm and ordered one appetizer, two burgers, and a quesadilla for our son. After one hour of waiting without any update, I decided to give them 30 more minutes, before I was leaving. We had been given only our drinks, and no appetizers. No one even walked by our table. After another 20 minutes of sitting there, the baby got fussy, and we started to pack up. At 1.5 hours I went to pay for our drinks, and they lady said that our meal was finally ready. She was very kind and apologetic. However, 1.5 hour wait is unacceptable. We were the 3rd table when we walked in. They did get busier throughout our time there, however they couldn't even bother to bring our appetizer over or provide us with any update until we had already packed up the baby. I paid for our meal and got it to go. Drove the 20 minutes home, and my burger bun was so soggy that it fell apart, and my bacon was burnt. Waiting that amount of time for sub-par food was disappointing. Please communicate better with your customers. If the kitchen is running behind, just say something. We felt ignored and forgotten. Hopefully your wait time improves.

This is a lovely restaurant. The price is good. The service is excellent. The food is wonderful. I recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner when you’re in Springfield Vermont. Please note they are closed on Mondays. Food: 5 Service: 5

We love this restaurant for anything from a burger to pasta to seafood, but my favorite is the authentic Mexican food!! You may have to wait a bit for it but I can assure you it’s beyond worth it!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
