Kfc - Springfield

This situation is the worst in the city, they do not allow, dull in, ordered spicy chicken sandwiches that they gave us regular chicken sandwiches, the entire staff is extremely rude, eating is always cold and, in any case, not return.

Drive thru was rude and we got the wrong food and a flat soda. The kid was rude when we asked for a different one. When we asked for the correct food he rudely said "well if you want to wait 20 minutes but we are trying to close soon. A chicken sandwich takes 20minutes?Food: 2/5

They're having some problems getting workers, but the ones they have are top notch, and try very hard. It seemed like the speaker system didn't work well, because the order was not exactly what we wanted.Food: 3/5

This is a decent KFC. Not the best I ever had, not the worst either. It's one of my regular fast food lunches.

If I could give this place a zero star, trust me I would.. The person didn't even know my question of how much is the $5.00 fill up now. Come to find out, the cost now is $7.02 for the worst chicken and biscuit I have ever had. The 2 chicken legs were VERY small and had been sitting for A LONG time. I got home and opened up the box and couldn't believe it. The chicken was nasty looking and couldn't even eat it. The biscuit was under cooked and half raw. I went through drive thur at almost 5 p.m., and I was the only person in the drive thur, so there was no reason they couldn't make me fresh chicken. The boy at the drive thur window was not friendly, and acted like he hated his job. Do yourself a favor and go to a different place to eat. I will never go there again. If you like my reviews please hit like, so I know if I should keep writing them. I am not paid in anyway. Like you, I come on here to read reviews to find out what other's have to say about a place, and if I want to go there or not. I give honest reviews, good, or bad, but there honest, and my opinion about a place. Thank you.
