Jose Locos - Springfield

The ceviche was to die for. That's my go-to meal now.

GREAT atmosphere! The service is excellent! The food is very good. My waiter was fun. My daughter and I enjoyed this restaurant just that much more because of him . I really have no negatives. Great place for a large family outing. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and pescatarian friendly. Parking: I was visiting from our of town, but I noticed much of Springfield is not really handicap friendly. It looks like most businesses provide bare minimum.

Had birria tacos. Birria is tender and consume flavorful. Rice, beans, guacamole all flavorful and fresh. Salsa is not just crushed tomato's like so many in the region.

The food here is great in person, but I just wanted to get on to let people know that you cannot order online like Google says you can. When I called to make sure my order had gotten received, they said that they don't do online orders and it's only over the phone. Dietary restrictions: I have a wheat and dairy allergy and as long as I request no cheese and corn tortillas everything always comes out as requested. If not they are very quick to fix it.

Great food ..fast service friendly staff..cant wait to go back!!!
