Domino's Pizza - Springfield

This is definitely the place to go for friendly, exceptional service and delicious pizzas. Even though I live closer to other restaurants, I still choose to come here. Neal Landers, Dylan Germas, and Herbert Osorio make an outstanding team. Keep up the great work!

We've been ordering pizza from this Domino's for years and have always had a great experience. However, every time we've ordered a pizza with only pineapples, the distribution has been inconsistent, even when we've requested extra. I understand that pineapple isn't a common topping choice, but they should still take care to ensure customer satisfaction.

I’ve never experienced such a terrible delivery! My order was completely messed up, with the wrong toppings on the pizza, and the boneless chicken was just awful. This is not how it’s usually been. The chicken was burnt, cold, the wrong quantity, and the pieces were tiny, about the size of marbles! It’s truly unbelievable. I will not be ordering from this location again; they really need to get their act together!

Ordered online at 7:50pm. Asked for the pizza to be baked well done . Order tracker IMMEDIATELY went to Quality Check . Seemed odd but didn 't think about it; maybe a glitch, maybe they accidentally hit a button. Pizza arrived at 8:05. 15 minutes for a well done pizza and I live 6 minutes away. The Pizza looked as if it had been sitting for hours and was cold. Called to demand a refund. The refund was issued and then they charged me for 5 dollars less than the original amount. I 'm now having to dispute this second charge with my bank. Stay tf away from this place.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the manager, a bearded guy, is quite unpleasant. I usually get paid in cash, in hundreds, and every time I go, they never have change. I end up having to find change myself. It's frustrating, and I wish they would address this issue.
