Domino's Pizza - Springfield

This is definitely the go to location if you need friendly and top notch service and Pizzas. Even though I live closer to other locations , I still come to this location. Neal Landers, Dylan Germas and Herbert Osorio makes an amazing team. Keep up the good job.

We have been ordering pizza at this Domino's for years now. We never have any issues with them or the pizzas. However, every time we ordered the pineapples only, they did a poor job of spreading the pineapples even when I doubled the pineapples. I get it. Pineapples are not an everyday pizza people would order, but they still need to take care of the customers.

I have never had a delivery this bad in my life! Completely screwed up my order, wrong toppings on the pizza, boneless chicken was awful! It's never been like this before. The chicken was burned, cold, the wrong amount and were the size of marbles! Really mind blowing. I will not be buying from this location ever again, seems like they need to get their **** together!

Ordered online at 7:50pm. Asked for the pizza to be baked well done . Order tracker IMMEDIATELY went to Quality Check . Seemed odd but didn 't think about it; maybe a glitch, maybe they accidentally hit a button. Pizza arrived at 8:05. 15 minutes for a well done pizza and I live 6 minutes away. The Pizza looked as if it had been sitting for hours and was cold. Called to demand a refund. The refund was issued and then they charged me for 5 dollars less than the original amount. I 'm now having to dispute this second charge with my bank. Stay tf away from this place.

Every time i go there, the manager is the worst, the bearded guy. I get paid in cash 100 's, always when i go they never have change and make me go get change. I put pay at store put a disclaimer.
