Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Springfield

Go here if you want fraudulent charges on your debit card. I went through the drive-thru and the girl kept my card, next morning $500 in charges. Owner acted like nothing happened, said security footage was down so he couldn't check but would get back to me. That never happened. Fortunately the bank was able to reverse the charges. I've heard other similar stories about this location. Sketchy sketchy sketchy.

Dining room is NOT open and hasn 't been open. 'Had my heart set on a good bacon cheeseburger. I ended up at Braum 's.

Possibly the best DQ in Springburg, or maybe even the U.S.! The people are always friendly and the food is pretty consistent. Their soft serve is as smooth and creamy as it gets. The dining room is also clean.

Our food was not fresh at all! Everything seemed to be old and reheated, it was extremely dried out and my kids chicken strips seemed to be refried to heat up in old oil. You could smell the bad oil through out the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

I actually had not been to DQ for years but I needed to get an ice cream cake for a birthday dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the employees attentiveness. I will be back for sure.
