Buffalo Wild Wings - Springfield

When my party arrived at the restaurant, I was told that they would not honor the reservation because it was a “game day”. that was not terrible long, but it was a bit disappointing.

Good food, excellent service. it wasn't as loud as usual, which was a good thing.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. placed the reservation via opentable. party confirmed by 7. in the light of the above. waited over 5 minutes before hostess showed up. I said they have no reservations. the email was displayed. they said we don't take any reservations. we also charge $7 per person on Saturday nights. I wanted to talk to the manager. not available. I will never go back to this restaurant, seems that open table fall the ball that deals with them because they do not really use the service.

I have made a reservation to observe the ufc with my sons, as it is one of the only places to observe these events that are not bare. When we arrived, we were turned away because they were in the capacity. the girl at the door was short, rude and unapologetic. she said that business is going to stop, but that they do not honor them. we missed the event. not happy! why they have the option for a reservation if it is not something.
