Good food, clean restaurant, friendly staff... Love the ice cream.... Rocky road!!

I never thought that a vanilla shake would be my favorite until I came here. The burger was delicious. I could not put down the shake. It was the best I have ever had. I can't wait to go to another one.

Love their chicken strip basket and their dipping sauce, and very pleased with the prices of their ice cream tubs and selection, I myself enjoy their pistachio almond

Need two new breakfast cooks, (neither one can cook), one, even after knowing I have medical meat problems, put my food on the grill with sausage, which sent me for a hospital visit three

New to Missouri, so Braums has been a bit of a revelation for me. The food is almost always great, and the prices are even better, but the service is hit or miss. I've always been taught that customer service is the most important aspect of business, especially when it doesn't cost you anything to simply be friendly and attentive. They have the friendliness down pretty well, but some of the things I've experienced in my short time here are kind of mind boggling, and tbh, unprecedented for me. I honestly haven't decided if I will continue to frequent this location, but the fact that I'm even considering putting it on my blacklist is very disappointing for me, because the food is excellent.
