Applebee's Grill - Springfield

I believe this restaurant deserves a 5-star rating on DoorDash because I have never received an order missing items such as silverware, food, or drinks. They package everything nicely in boxes and containers, making it convenient to see if someone tampered with your food. Overall, I have always enjoyed their food and they have been prompt with their deliveries.

The nachos were not good. The cheese was hard and the meat was dried out. Additionally, the steak had a strange taste.

I requested extra ranch for all of my chicken but did not receive it. The kids' meals did not come with milk. The loaded mashed potatoes I ordered were not actually loaded. Despite not wanting honey mustard, it was included in my order anyway.

The food was packaged good and tasted just fine but I never got my 4 smoothies I ordered and payed for

I was in front of one of them. I sat under a loudspeaker who was super loud and angry. we sat near a television that is super funny in a restaurant of all places. the short man who worked there was quite rude over the seat change. the place was not busy (wooow, I wonder why this could be) and there was no shortage of sitting so I did not ask the problem with a very simple and reasonable question to get a slightly better seat. this place redeemed with a wonderful server that works there, and the ground for the 2 stars instead of a star and we have tilted accordingly. I just feel like the first insurmountable error is unpredictable. it was not only a bad fit, but terrible (especially for the quality time with my man) and the behavior of the host was cruel. my man and I were still politely reserved. rest is not rude. I may be so easy to assume. the reason I came here is my man and I got a gift card here. that we cannot exchange because it is a gift card, so we have decided to reap the benefits of the gift card. I can't imagine spending my own money here after this experience.
