Subway - Springer

The only reason for lack of stars is due to the toaster being down. Seems like every Subway I visit lately has a broken toaster. It's starting to turn into a McDonald's ice cream machine fiasco...

Rude employees order a spicy Italian on Italian cheese and herb bread the bread was so burnt you couldn’t tell that it had cheese the bread was so stale I could literally tap it on my dash and it made a nocking noise the tomatoes were soggy ruined the whole sandwich honestly just save your money no worth it at all if I could I would give them -30.

Stopped for a Sub sandwich. Food was very good! Reason I reviewed was that 3 or employees seemed to show care about my experience at Subway! Polite, explained my questions about getting other food in location, knowledgeable. Thanks, being on there today

I was getting abuse/harass by employee and management. They over charge me for a subway(ham egg and cheese) say that the meal didnt come with cheese and need to add it but it was showing extra cheese. How can it not come with cheese when the menu show it in words. Even tho they were worge they continue to say i was. They paid back the extra charge. And continue say that the system was made like that but they said them self that they add the extra charge them self cause it didnt came with cheese. When i was getting pay back they continue say is the system fault and my fault. Didnt even got apology just remark them self and look at me as i was going get rob by them. Dam PTSD

The website says closes at 9pm. 8:23pm walk up to counter she tells me we can’t make anything after 8:30pm ….ummm okay it’s not 8:30pm. Stands and stares at us rude as can be and turns and talks to the other employees. Customer service ??
