Bidra med feedbackA charming spot with incredible views!!! We visited Springdale in the first day of off-season at Zion, and decided to wander the town a bit. Very glad we took the time to poke around, or we'd have missed the opportunity to skip rocks in this river, or catch a breather at one of the benches that overlook said river. Nature is so lovely, and this park is a fantastic tribute to her.
Lovely park with mountain river views. Park has picnic areas restrooms. Dogs must stay on leash in the park but can be off leash once crossing the bridge. Beautiful scenery numerous trails to enjoy.
Great park but limited parking. Nice facility and trails
Really a hidden gem. You can see the park from the overlooks. We sat on a rock at sunset and it was truly beautiful. Great for dog walking or really just a nice hike. A steep hill at points but it is worth it once you get to the top! Plenty of cool bugs plants and animals to see. Keep your eye out for the swallows at dusk swarming for insects.
Dog parents, this is your pup’s afternoon paradise near Zion. Across the bridge dogs are often off leash. There are nice, sandy trails if you want to hike; the sand gets so hot though that you and your pup will likely head straight for the river for a swim. We spent two+ hours cooling off and playing in the river.
