Eureka Pizza - Springdale

I tried ordering delivery from this restaurant, but they said they don't offer that service. What kind of pizza place doesn't deliver?

I rarely have any issues when dining at this restaurant, but tonight I noticed that my garlic butter cups were only half filled. When I asked the person at the window why this was the case, they simply responded with a dismissive "ugh", handed me my coke, and closed the window. This occurred at the Thompson location at 8:33pm.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It had been a couple of years since I last tried it, and this time the pizza tasted pasty, like it was undercooked. Overall, everything was a disappointment. I will not be returning, as I hope that this is not the usual taste of their food.

My friend brought over some pizza from here and within time after eating the pizza I had diarrhea and food poisoning the day after, so if you want a wild ride then go ahead but the pizza is whatever so I can't say the slice is worth the price

Worst Customer Service. Seth (General Manager) sure does not care for patiens ordering a large quantity for pizza. I sent someone for a family dinner order and when it arrives home my boom boom chicken did not have any sauce on it. Nor i received my hot sauce i purchased separately. When i call he tells me to drive back to pick it up, when i mentioned it was pointless going back for Just sauce he mentioned ?well what do u want then? i said a refund and he says okay. then calls back to argue to tell me he?s not doing a refund because he told (who i sent) that there was no boom boom sauce. Therefore i tell him ?but i didnt receive ANY sauce at all. He says ?okay bie? and hangs up. So Unprofessional
