Asked for hamburger steak to be medium rare one side came back well done it was tuff waitress said she would get another burger but waiting was not on my time line so the next time I am in the area i will go so where else

Service was not good at all, we constantly had to get someones attention to get anything we needed. When our food finally made it to us we were told the gravy was not ready and as soon as it was it would be brought to us, never received it. When we asked for the check and we were asked how it was my wife said we never received our gravy, the waitress asked if we wanted it now.

Took forever to get our drinks then when she finally brought her food, didn’t have my granddaughters plate at all. Never said anything so we asked her where was her meal? They ran out of fish. Then why didn’t you tell us and ask her what else she wanted? Didn’t bring any napkins, didn’t refill. Our drinks didn’t have any tartar sauce for the Cajun fish that I got they didn’t have any Cajun seasoning on it. It was just bland. She asked me if I wanted ketchup? And I said no, so we told the manager and they did give us our meal free. This was supposed To be a birthday dinner for our granddaughters. We couldn’t believe that they didn’t even bring her or tell her anything and no napkins. The managers blamed it on her being I don’t care how you are Not giving napkins or not even giving you your food because they ran out and don’t tell you is inexcusable. Kids today are not taught to serve. The last couple years this restaurant Has gone down, but then it started being better. I think they had a different manager. But now it’s back to being horrible

Grace was our service and her name certainly fits her demeanor. She was incredibly kind, humble, and showed grace even when we bugged her for a few small things this is one of the best locations we 've been to, and enjoy our dinner each time. We would recommend asking for Grace 's serving section, as she was a joy to have as a server!

Was sat at a table waited 20 minutes before Tristan acknowledged me. Waited another 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Had to ask 3 times just for napkins. Wanted chicken and dumplings but they were out. Ordered eggs and biscuits and gravy. Got the food it was cold, and never did get the biscuits. He dropped the check and never came back to check on me. Cashier asked me how everything was told her if the issues and never addressed the issue of the service I was provided. Horrible service and food. I wasn't looking for anything free, still left him a 5.00 tip on an 18.00 check. Just not acceptabi will never eat here again.
