Arby's - Spring Hill

I was there after 7:00pm tonight. The cashier (I wish I'd gotten her name) was EXCELLENT!!! She was polite and courteous. She definitely has the right demeanor for customer service. Thank you.

The men's restroom did not have a working lock, the chicken was slimy and unappetizing, there was a blonde hair in the fries, and the cheese on my cheddar beef sandwich was cold. The service was below average, the entire restaurant had a strong odor of marijuana, and the lemonade tasted watered down.

I ordered the buffalo wings and sliders, but unfortunately they were both served cold.

The food was delivered in 10 minutes, but the dining area was dirty. The staff were seen dancing behind the counter. Overall, the restaurant was a disappointment.

Food was hot and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Need to rotate packets of horsey sauce. They were old and tasted like vinegar. I had a roast beef combo and my husband had a Ruben combo, both with milk shakes...to go....Parking: Easy in and easy out!
