Arby's - Spring Hill

Still one of my favorite fast food restaurants of all. Thinly sliced beef and liquid gold cheese is amazing on an onion bun!!! And oh how I love love love the curly seasoned fries too. All with the right amount of Arby's BBQ sauce. Yum.

Erik the manager is AWESOME!!! He knows too well about customer service.... keep up the solid work and you'll go far!! I rang the bell loud and proud. I had never been to arbys but signed up for the birthday rewards program and went in to claim the AWESOME meal....yummy!! GREAT JOB ERIK!!!!

I was there after 7:00pm tonight. The cashier (I wish I'd gotten her name) was EXCELLENT!!! She was polite and courteous. She definitely has the right demeanor for customer service. Thank you.

The men's restroom did not have a working lock, the chicken was slimy and unappetizing, there was a blonde hair in the fries, and the cheese on my cheddar beef sandwich was cold. The service was below average, the entire restaurant had a strong odor of marijuana, and the lemonade tasted watered down.

I ordered the buffalo wings and sliders, but unfortunately they were both served cold.
