Little Caesars Pizza - Spring Branch

I wish I could give zero stars for the customer service score.I can’t even begin to describe how awful my experience was.From taking over 10 minutes to be greeted once I walked in, to the guy listening to whatever he was listening to on his ear pods completely not paying attention to my order of just two hit and ready pizza. I asked to see the pizzas I was about to get and they were old and awful. I asked for different ones and got them. Went to check to see if they were any better and they guy pulled the pizza away from me snapped saying “you haven’t even paid for then yet” even though I placed the cash on the counter right in front of him after I saw the total on the screen. He was so distracted and non caring. I am completely in disbelief with my experience.I feel worse for the lady that was waiting over an hour for her prepaid pizzas which were just a cheese and sausage hot and ready.I think something needs to get done or corporate needs to come into this location. Location is beautiful but this worker could give ZERO f’s about the customers or his job.I am never one to leave reviews after just one bad experience but there wasn’t a number to corporate to call so I’m writing this review in hopes things change.Good luck to anyone who goes to this location. It is really ruining little Caesar’s reputation.

Terrible, should have a negative 5 star, didn’t even get a pizza. Avoid this place like the plague. Go to H‑E‑B and make your own. Two people working on a Saturday night, pay your people dam it!

Does management for thisLittle Caesars not care about this store. They are constantly getting our order wrong and it obviously has been sitting there for a long time while we are painfully sitting outside for 30 minutes and that’s after we placed the order online 25 mins before.We asked for extra sauce and got basically no sauce

Waited 25 plus minutes in the drive through for a BASIC cheese pizza.

The Bulverde location CANNOT get it together. EVERY visit I have a problem with NOT getting what I ordered and is getting very frustrating. I waited 1.15 hours for a order, don't understand it, I think that this a norm for fast food.
