Pizza Hut - Spring

Loved this place the first couple times I've gone but damn this place has given me a serious relationship with the bathroom past 24 hours plus.Ordered the same thing since day one and eaten here at least four to five times. Anywho, first few times no big deal then had slight stomach issues the fourth time. Didn't think anything of it. Then again on the fifth after eating dinner both times. Ate the fifth as left overs last night BIIIG mistake. Also no wasn't old. Maybe in the fridge a day or two at the most Been in and out of the restroom especially when drinking any liquids for some reason. Water, soda, etcNot sure if the lady who runs the night shift has gotten lazier or distracted past couple days but something needs to change! Or maybe she food poisoned me for not tipping which to be fair I never do anywhere at a fast food chain if I use my time and gas to get it personally. Had someone delivered absolutely! Btw when you order off the app they won't let you complete your order unless you put one in even for pick up. Money hungry....Anyway trying to relax and enjoy my night before a long trip tomorrow and had to donate plasma today. Pretty sure my restroom breaks dehydrated meManagement please do something

Avoid at all cost. Too bad no option for ZERO stars. We placed a large order of multiple pizzas, desserts, wings. Tipped well when order was placed. Order arrived with wings missing and cold pizza. No phone number on receipt, looked up online. No answers with multiple calls. Finally someone answered and said she had to transfer me. 10 min hold. After many rings, a girl answered, I told her my problem. She put me on hold for 12 min, came back said, are you still there? I said yes, then CLICK. She hung up on me. We had to drive to the store, told NO refunds, but they did give us our wings. Very poor customer service and that 's the last time for us ordering from Pizza Hut!

Worst customer service ever!! I ordered from here twice and both times the wings came with no sauce!!! I call them and they say they out of the sauce, so nobody thought to call me and tell me before delivering some cold baked wings??? I tell the delivery driver about the error and he shrug it off and say nothing I could do about it, I still have 2 more orders to deliver .. Will update after I speak to the General manager tomorrow. But just like the first time the issue more than likely won 't be resolved! This will definitely be my last time ordering from this location!

Placed an order at 8:30pm. Had the wrong pizza delivered. Called at 9:37 (4 minutes after it was delivered) to let them know i received someone else's order and Liz (the manager) stated that they would resubmit it and have it delivered to me ASAP and to please not touch the incorrect pizza that was delivered because she needs it back!! One hour later no pizza. We call her back and she states it's been ready and sitting there for us to pick up. No! That's not what was first stated to me. So she wanted to resubmit the same exact order at 10:45 for US to go pick up. When we asked for a refund instead she stated they don't do that and that we can pick up the pizza if we wanted. I wish they wouldn't ask for tips when placing the order. I will never order from this location again. Now I'm left w a cold incorrect pizza. Liz acts like the refund is coming out of her own pocket.

I don't know why they got these bad reviews I've ordered from them multiple times and always enjoyed it. Today really was a pleasant experience for me though, I made a mistake on my online order recipe wise and they made me the item the way I meant to put I thought that was so nice!! I will definitely order again.
