Mcdonald's - Spring

What is wrong with this mcdonalds ?? They do not understand the concept of fast food clearly. They have 6 cars pulled up everytime I'm there and you have to wait 10+ minutes for your food. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. There's also several employees that work there that are flat out rude and disrespectful. Management needs to get there act together or be fired. There is no direction in there clearly .

Bathroom was dirty.. no paper towels. Floor was sticky. Food was meh.. fries were soggy. They finally fixed the TVs. If you go here when school let's out you do have to deal with the fatherless children that congregate here and cause trouble.. make yourself healthy food and go for a walk

Day shift is decent and night shift is not concerned with customer service quality or efficiency.

Best damn breakfast I've had in a long time! Bagels were soft and well put together! Mcgriddle and biscuit were HUGE not smashed up like most. Thank you for always having great service at this location!

I really don't want to give this garbage place MORE of my time but it's too much of an insult to let it be and it is a pattern. I have stopped at this location twice in 6 months and the experience was nearly identical both times. Arrived a few minutes after 6am. Made a very simple order both times (just a sandwich)!! There was only 1 person in front of me and no one behind for at least 5 minutes. At least 5 minutes, you say? Isn't this fast food? BOTH times those incompent jerks made me pull forward to the line to wait for my food and BOTH times I waited an unreasonable amount of time to supply their product, only for the order to be wrong! Both times! So I demanded a refund and that took another unreasonably long time. I spent 15 minutes at this stupid mcdonalds TWICE and TWICE it took me 15 minutes to get out of there with nothing but a waste of my morning, empty stomach, and inadequate resolution. And EVERY SINGLE person was unpleasant and rude from the start. I would not at all be distressed to learn that place burned down or went out of business and I wouldn't shed a tear to learn that everyone I have interacted with at this location stubs their toe every morning for the rest of their (hopefully, few remaining) days.
