Ruby Tuesday - Spout Springs

Had the ribs. Oh my goodness, they were so good.The service was excellent, the restaurant was nice and cozy.

The manager was very accommodating. He allowed us to sit at the table we requested even though he had to serve us

I haven’t eaten at a ruby Tuesday in a long time. The food was good, but I will say the portion sizes have gotten very small for the price. 5 little boneless wings for $12, $13 for kebobs that were spread out on the plate. I left hungry but couldn’t order anything else due to portion sizes. I have noticed this with the larger restaurant chains, smaller businesses around will give you twice the amount for same prices. You’d think it would be the other way around!Thank you Brooke for the excellent service.

I'm really disappointed with this restaurant. I placed an online order for a burger without pickles, without tomatoes, and well-done. Instead, it arrived with all the toppings I asked to be removed, and it was undercooked—there was even blood in the burger. We tried calling the store to talk to the manager, but each time we got disconnected before we could speak to anyone. We've called eight times now, and they’re no longer answering our calls. I’m definitely considering reaching out to corporate at this point.
