Sonic Drive-in - Spokane

Waited over 20 minutes for a chili cheese hot dog and

I paid for $45 worth of food. Just got home and am missing half of my order. I will have to go out now and get more food for the rest of the family that didn't get their dinner. Horrible service and I waited for a long time at the window as well!

Egg sandwich. Just plain dry. Bacon good though. Something about the process must suck the moisture out of the sandwich.

Sarah, who was on drive-thru register on 3/9/24 is an exceptional worker. I accidentally dropped my Sonic Blast, but she kindly said it was not a big deal and proceeded doing her job efficiently and with a positive attitude. I was having a rough evening, so I really appreciated Sarah’s kindness. The workers at this location are wonderful people, truly. Thank you all, and especially thank you Sarah!

So they messed up my order twice. ....Upon getting home after using the drive thru, and realizing it was wrong sandwich again, I tried to call (repeatedly) and it went to a voicemail box that was full!They were open and fully staffed w.... What must have been a whole lot of new employees that didn't know what they were doing yet.... yet ridiculously I got a phone that rang until it sent me to voicemail that was full and not accepting messages!!No matter how many times I called!!Definitely was less than impressed....
