Eric, the store manager, was friendly and knowledgeable, and he made sure that my order was accurate.

I attempted to place an order at 8:34, but I was told they couldn't serve me because they were "closed," even though Google states they close at 9. The restaurant was dirty, and the staff, including the manager, was rude. I won't be returning.

The entire restaurant was unclean, with sticky floors and most of the tables not being properly cleaned. The bathroom was so disgusting that I wouldn't even consider using it. When I approached the counter to request more sauce, the staff member was unprofessional and rude while asking a coworker for assistance, all while she was on the phone. I definitely won't be returning.

Division location. The drive thru window itself needs a severe cleaning. It calls into serious question the cleanliness of the inside. The chicken sandwich was beyond dry. What ever the seasoning is, it's nasty! That flavor profile does not go with this type of sandwich. Period. The fries were likely all the bottom of the bag, all were an 1-2 inches in length and had a weird chewiness to them. The burger bun was completely saturated in grease. Super unappealing and down right gross. It all went from a bite to the trash. What a waste of $20. I will not ever return. First and last visit!

I’m usually a huge fan of bruchis but this location is by far the worst in Spokane. I got the smash burger for lunch. It took them 20 minutes to get it out to me. I understand that the food industry isn’t always the best to work in but I mean it only takes a few minutes to cook a simple burger. On top of that I went home early from work because I started feeling extremely nauseous not even 15-30 minutes after I ate my burger. Turns out I got really bad food poisoning. I was quite literally up all night trying to hold myself together. Just do yourself a favor and don’t eat there.
