Zip's Drive In - Spokane Valley

I ordered shrimp with tater tots. The shrimp was over cooked and the tater tots were fried with no salt. At least the shake was ok. Wish I could post a picture of the shrimp. Called said they would change out the fries for the tater tots. I asked if she would reimburse my gas. She said I probably had more money than her. I am on a small pension. Go to a different zips avoid this one.

Not all Zips are the same, but this is one of the top tier ones. Great food, super fast service.

Absolutely horrible service. Had 2 thirsty kids in the car. Their card reader was down and they refused to give me the drinks while we waited for them to figure out the problem. It’s not like we weren’t trying to pay waiting 15 min for them to try to figure out what is going on with their system and refusing to give us drinks for the young kids waiting is absolutely outrageous. They should have offered at very least to give us our drinks if not the whole meal. I understand it’s not their fault the system went down but it is their fault how they handled the situation.

At noon the employees where super friendly and food was amazing and fresh by far one of the best
