Taco Bell - Spokane Valley

The newly remodeled location is clean and well-maintained. However, it's still Taco Bell, so you know what to expect!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning!

I really enjoy Taco Bell and this specific location is my go-to. I visit frequently! My orders are accurate about 99% of the time, and if there’s ever an issue, they address it promptly, offering apologies and sometimes even a coupon for a complimentary item. I love using the app to place my orders; it’s quick and user-friendly, plus it allows me to rack up rewards fast. The food is consistently served hot and tastes great. The prices are reasonable as well; I can fill up for just $10. They also introduce new items regularly. Some of my favorites include the nachos, cheesy gordita crunch, and power bowls. It's delicious cheesy goodness from a fast food chain!

The food could really benefit from using real meat, and it would be great to have taco shells that aren't stale, as well as chips that actually have some flavor. The drink selection was disappointing too; the only beverage that was decent was water. I ended up spending over $20 trying different dishes, but I don't think I'll be returning.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this location. The girl taking orders at the drive-thru was unclear about what she was talking about. I ordered the taco burrito cravings box, but she said she couldn't fulfill that request.
