There's no reason for eight people to be waiting in line while staff inform customers that hot subs will take 20 to 30 minutes. It's important to give priority to those who are dining in.
I absolutely love this place! Service is always fast and everything is made to order. The staff is incredibly friendly, and there are lots of options to choose from. It's definitely my favorite spot for a sandwich. The food is delicious—especially the Philly cheesesteak, which is the best, and the Italian sandwich is fantastic as well!
It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I ordered the Kahuna without jalapeños. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good choice for me. They offered me a coupon for another option, which I’ll likely use for something simple like a ham and cheese sandwich. All the tables were dirty, which was disappointing. The conversations I overheard sounded quite negative, and that really detracted from my experience. The parking is quite tight, and the customer service varied a lot from one staff member to another—it was inconsistent and unsteady. On the bright side, the prices were reasonable.
I had tried to call to place an order but phone was down. I went to the building and pulled up to window. Tall girl comes and opens the window and says nothing to me. She’s B just looking at me. I said your phone is down. She replies uh huh. And keeps looking. I said I want to place an order. She then says you can’t place an order through the window. You gotta come in. I told her I am completely handicapped. The only reason I’m ordering at the window is because your phone is down!!! She walks off and the window shuts in my face. Unbelievable. Was this girl not trained to greet the customer? I felt like I was trying to talk with someone who never attended school. Ridiculous. Discrimination at its finest.
The food came, but I just so happened to go outside to walk the dog, and I saw it was delivered. They did not notify me that the food was there. A simple knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell bell would have been courteous.
