Bidra med feedbackI can't believe I paid for a large fries and received this. I could understand if it happened just once, but this has been going on for 1-2 months now. I don't know if they have new management or what's going on, but the service has been consistently careless. Serving half an order of fries is definitely a surefire way to drive customers away.
The drive through employee did not listen, did the order wrong and totally left off part of the order. I got home with food for only 1 person. As the person who got food was eating there was hair in 2 of the nuggets. The only compliment for this order was that the fries were hot.
Last 3 times I?ve gone, I?ve ordered a large fry and I get home to realize it?s not even half full all 3 times!! Its ok once... for this to happen each time is getting pretty frustrating! Like, I?m asking for a large for a reason! I shouldn?t be paying for a large and getting a small!?
I visit this restaurant frequently and generally have good experiences about 60% of the time. However, there are some issues I’ve encountered. For instance, if I don’t get any sauce after asking for it, I can’t exchange the toys displayed in the window unless I purchase a kids' meal. Additionally, sometimes my large fries aren't even filled to the top.
It's all this chic ****. Manager Ben Moore is everything you as someone who is professional, friendly, respectful, and runs an extremely working and well-run restaurant. He has let our big group of travelers eat here many times. He lets us charge the work equipment here and even gave us some food on the house. I recommend this place more than any other place!
