2 strikes and you’re out! We tried going last year before they rearranged the floor, and we waited in the lobby for 5 minutes without ever being greeted, back before they had servers and hostesses. I visited after getting a free burger coupon along with some of my family! I got the bacon over bacon burger which was so good. Bacon, jalapeños, onions, more bacon. All the best stuff. My dad’s bottom bun was hard, maybe stale or burnt? But his was the only one that had an issue. The fries are different, they’re almost like chips. (Review on 4 separate visits. ZERO stars! They have the most basic menu and can't do it right. Employees lack leadership and appear slow and clueless. Gluten free orders were mixed up and served anyway. Cashier is also server which causes delays. Tonight was supposed to be a free burger from their website and it ruined my evening. I had really high hopes for this place, keep seeing rave reviews. First off it is really clean and nice, the employees were great! Service was great. Food was so so. The burger was okay, not impressed, the fries, really how do you screw up fries, they were just not great, just yuck. The bowling was fun, but really $101 dollars for 2 games of bowling and 3 burgers was easy to much. Over all won't be coming back until good gets better and is a lot less money.
