Kebab 2000 - Southend-on-Sea

We drove there hoping for a nice kebab and left empty handed! I appreciate that some places don't want people in the building but at least have a menu where it can be read. This place is taking orders from a side window, the menu is stuck to the window with the light shining behind it, this made it impossible to read, especially for my partially sighted husband. A couple of times he shouted out that he couldn't see the menu, we were completely ignored so decided to go elsewhere

Ordered from here as it was the only place open after arriving late to a hotel to stay for the weekend.food tasted decent.my Partner had burger and chips and was violently ill so had to come home next morning!

I ordered last night and they said it would be delivered at 00:15 nothing turned up and then they put on just eat as delivered at 00:15 I've asked for a refund and I can't get one as I would like but the restaurant has taken my money and not delivered any food what type of business do u know that does that I wouldn't advise anyone to eat from hear ever could make home broth quicker and more convenient than kabab 2000

Restaurant confirmed roughly 30 minute waiting time. Food took 1hr 45mins and was cold when arrived.

Went here for a takeaway to be greeted by to miserable old men. I told him want I wanted and he just muttered something under his breath and turned his back. I have been here once before but thought I would give it another go. well that is the last time I will visit this shop they are **** rude and not very accommodating. In this day and age there are lots of allergies about and if you cant cater to peoples needs then you should not be trading. Oh one thing that they are consistence with is attitude and rudeness. I walked out empty handed.
