Chupitos - Southampton

The food was as usual nice, we visited this restaurant several times. Unfortunately, this time the service was absolutely shocking. Too many people stormed into the restaurant, additional people sat at the ends of the tables, so you don't even get out of your table/seat without disturbing them. The same two servers that at least sixty people eat and drink. No personal touch as before. We waited 35 minutes to get only one menu and 1.15 our food. Not what you expect from a tapas restaurant and certainly not what we expect from previous experience of the visit. Unfortunately, we will not come back because there are much more good tapas sites where the service is better and you will not be fought like sardines.

Eating was Bland, service was ok. had to ask for menus and ask twice for the bill. Waited a good time for eating aswell, but it came hot what was nice, only a shame there was not much taste. Will not be in a hurry to return.

The service and attention to detail was no second, my only complaint is that it really loud in it! Nice atmosphere, but difficult to chat.

Had an excellent meal for family birthday, eating amazing. Midweek early evening, so ambience very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely food and good service. Restaurant accommodated us earlier than our booking time which was great. Nice range of dishes small plates and Sunday roast on offer when we visited
