Fuji Sushi House - South Plainfield

Just looking for something to get delivered one night and found this place. Menu is massive but unique, and the prices are ridiculously good, especially for appetizers in my opinion. I ended up eating the salmon teriyaki dinner over the course of that afternoon and next morning because of how much food I got. Normally I don't really make reviews, but this place is now a go-to sushi place for whenever I'm in the area based on this one experience.

I ordered the lunch Chicken Bento after a coworker recommended this spot to me and boy I was happy to have heard about Hana Sushi! Everything was super fresh and tasty. Loved everything about it, the customer service, the price, the meal! Must try if you're in the area!

I’ve been eating here for 6 years. I’m giving 2 stars because this WAS THE place to go. Anymore I’d give it zero stars.Multiple times they forgot to give me rice with my sashimi dinner. Miso soup is cold by the time you get it home. The hibachi noodles have lost all flavor along with the rubbery chicken that comes with it. Today I got the Sashimi dinner and the fish was frozen solid. The yellow tail smelt fine but had a bad fishy taste. I only bit into one piece but ended up having to spit it out, only to find myself sick later in the night.There are only so many times you can give a restaurant another try.Save your time and money and do not go here.. -Today is the last time I’m ever going to what used to be my favorite sushi spot.

I haven?t been here for a while, because the previous owner always charge me for extra soy sauce which was ridiculous and unreasonable. Then one of my friends told me that the owner had changed and the quality is absolutely better. Undoubtedly I came back to this place, my friend is totally correct. The new owner gives this place new spirit. The food is more appetizing and exquisite, even wasabi tastes better, and all the employers look nice. Anyway, everything is improved better than before. I?ll definitely come back again.

The sushi here is amazing, and everything is incredibly fresh with a fantastic selection. There's a reason I visit this place so often. They also offer creative side dishes, and the Hibachi and Teriyaki dinners are truly excellent. This is my favorite sushi spot in the area. My top picks are the Hawaiian roll, the rainbow roll, and the kani salad, all made fresh and delicious every time.
