Order 1830 for dine. after 35 minutes followed my order and the employees were not apologetic of the waiting period of the customer. the excuse was the order forgotten. how would they forget an order made 35 minutes before the house. will come back as for bad customer service. service: dine in meal type: dinner dinner: 1 service: 1 atmosphere: 1

This place has gone downhill big time. Its sad as it used to be one of my favourite places to eat but over the last year or two and even more so in late 22 it’s just continued to get worse and worse. You now have to wait easily over an hour for food (regardless of how busy it is as I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt by continuing to visit more than 5 times after the issues started), the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Even a drink takes an hour. Watching them work is like watching a Charlie Chaplin skit they just have no clue what they are doing it’s frantic and unorganised. Sad to see this place fall into this state of disarray as I had once rated it 5 stars. Based on the new owners comments they are likely the source of the issues.

Worst Customer Service , They keep saying 20 mins , 20 mins and it has taken more than an hour...Keen on just delivering for Uber eats.And the quality is not good too.

Mickey was a great, friendly wait. Also the food was nice.
