Dunkin' - South Pasadena

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! This place cannot get an order right to save their lives! I ordered on the app, gave them 20 minutes to prepare the order. The drive through was dead and they still messed up. I am a manager here in St Pete, I know the talent pool can be challenging. But this comes down to POOR MANAGEMENT. The owners of this location should drive down to the location on Gulfport Blvd, or the one on 4th St S, to see that the same labor force can be upgraded when management actually manages. I mean, I didn 't even get a basic 'good morning ' or a 'thank you. ' My assumption is that the owners simply do not care take your business elsewhere!

If I could give negative stars I would. Dirty, grimy, inhospitable and that's before you order. The donuts are stale even early in the morning and that's hard to do. We live within walking distance of this store, our child loves donuts but that's not enough for us to frequent this establishment. If you believe in cleanliness when it comes to your food skip this store.

The reason I'm giving five stars is not because of the stellar food. It's dunkin. It's decent but the real story is this place just cannot get help. And they have just two guys behind the counter hustling to fill the orders in a drive through wrapped around the building. So all the weight of making this store work is on their shoulders. Strange days for sure but I'm glad these employees show up every day and do their best to make this work. Tip them please. They are hustling to take care of you as fast as they can.

Use your GPS or Dunkin Donuts app to find an alternative. Management and staff are unfriendly to the point of rude. Never a greeting or a thank you. Sometimes not even an acknowledgement that you're there until they get around to it. Have given it several tries because it's a convenient location for me but never again. Even if you can get past the rude management and staff, take a look around. Run down and not clean. Surprised DD corporate let's them get away with it. Good help is hard to find and every place is short staffed but consistently rude and looks run down and dirty.

This place is dirty, rundown, and has rude employees, on my last and final visit the outside diner area was full of trash, overflow trash cans and tables were unfit to sit at, inside trash cans full, condiments tray were empty, they were out of regular coffee and only had 2 type's of donuts for sale, I counted 6 people on staff that I saw and it was not busy, 2 we're sitting on the counter one was talking to friends outside. This place brings down our community with it's trashy exterior and faded POS. I gave this place one too many chances as it is convenient but no more, please get your act together or get out.
