Bidra med feedbackI recommend passing up on this location. Service from manager and supervisor was extremely rude and not helpful. They both looked like they didn't enjoy their job. I recommend that Blaze Pizza hire some mystery shoppers for this location to help improve quality of service and friendliness.
This...This is the Pizza of California for sure. If you would describe what is the Pizza that's best to represent the entirety of California, it's this place for sure in my opinion.
Delicious food and excellent service!We love that they have promotions like pizza pie, but unfortunately the employees are not paid as they should.
Finally used my coupon for an 11 inch fully loaded pizza. This location is very nice, super clean and a place to sit and enjoy your pizza. They have great menu options and fresh ingredients, pizza well cut and nice and warm right off the blazing fire oven. I 'd like to say I love this place but I have gone there not once, but twice in a year and have attempted to use my Android phone to get my points. Each time I am shut down not one but both computers at the register causing a long line. Apparently the proprietor of this establishment knows about this already and even the employees say it 's the system. But I would love for them to refrain from saying I did this or I did that. The fact of the matter is when someone holds up a phone to a scanner, you wait until it beeps. I was even so paranoid the other day when doing this because she didn 't know this is already happened to me, but I called the cash registers attention and said hey I haven 't heard a beep yet, I 'm afraid to pull my phone away and right away the person said well your scanned it twice. Okay that 's no way to treat a customer. And by her own admittance as well as the managers, who both of them are watching the line build up behind me and for that matter embarrassing me, they kind of knew about this problem. I 'm almost afraid to go to this facility at this point or to at least get my own points. Furthermore when you make someone wait 25 minutes and cause people to wait longer in line you should probably give them their pizza for free. As it was I couldn 't even get a receipt, because both their cash registers were jammed for something as simple as scanning.Oh give me a break, the owner knows about this already. But for goodness sake, if you 're going to never fix this problem, please train your employees not to tell anyone they scanned twice . No one is scanning twice. Your system is faulty. I mean, can you imagine the system that gets so jammed up it shuts down your own business as well as all the customers? And you don 't fix it? For over a year now? It 's not like the employees didn 't know about this. When I asked them if they mind if I scanned for points you could see the looks in their eyes. I was watching them. I don 't know how it works in Pasadena, but where I come from, no one has time for this.
