Garden Pizzas - South Oxfordshire

Fabulous pizza in the garden of the Catherine Wheel pub. Crispy thin base with lots of choice of toppings.

The pizzas here are reminiscent of what you would find in Italy, with generous portions of high-quality ingredients. It has become a regular occurrence for us to ride up from Tilehurst to enjoy a summer evening indulging in these delicious pizzas.

Eric, who travels from Italy every year to run Garden Pizza, creates fantastic pizzas. I just wish he could be here all year long.

We have visited the Catherine Wheel before, but the new addition of pizza since our last visit in February was amazing. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and would definitely order it again!

As it was a lovely evening we decided to try Pizza in the Garden. We both ordered a Hottie and It hit the spot after a long walk. All pizzas are £10 and it is cash only. Whilst the cost is high the pizza was very good and portion size was very generous. We had some left so took it home to have for lunch the next day on the next leg of our walk.
