East Side Tavern - South Milwaukee

I like diving bars. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend. It is dirty (unhygienic) and is filled with a bunch of sad old people going over others out there with life they never have. The worst experience I had in a bar. And that says something.

Really good place to chill. New chill bar. Guess what, queaky cheese curds and slim jims. Sweet bars. Then I saw Cashews.

Knew the owner really good when a small child grew up until I was about 5-7. I have very beautiful memories of this fine institution that I will appreciate forever.

Great place. Big D didn't wanna leave. He loved the convos the regs. The shots were the best. The brews were even better. That place just hit him in all da feels

A local South Milwaukee watering hole. A very dated tavern definitely reserved for the locals. We've stopped here on a few occasions only because it's a destination for the father in-law. Think of a building that hasn't been updated in 20+ years and your best bet is a beer. At least the prices are reasonable and it's in the downtown area.
