Mr Chipz - South Lanarkshire

I have used this restaurant several times and what always stands out to me is their dedication to customer service. They are one of the few takeout places that actually responds to reviews on Just Eat, providing details on their actions. In one particular instance, although the food was delicious, some items were missing from our order. The delivery driver called me back and the restaurant personally apologized, immediately sending out another driver with the missing items. I received them before finishing my meal. Their food is not only delicious and made with care, but I was also impressed by their exceptional handling of a mistake.

I have used Mr Chipz for many a year now and must admit that the service and standard of food is first class, Ok you might have to wait , as the food is cooked fresh and don't have it sitting for any length of time. Can recomend it to anybody , they also do home delivery .

Just been here , smells like a tradition chippy , took 10 minutes as they said .awesome fish suppers crispy n fresh ,best i ever had .everything looked fresh only thing that needed cleaned was ice cream freezer . give it a go

Usually I order curry or gravy sauce to put on my chips but the last few times it has been watered down. First time they watered down the curry it slid off the chip and went all over my top. So next time I tried the gravy again watered down so thin. I wrote this as my experience on Just Eat but nothing changed. So now I have changed my chippy and I go to The Blue Lagoon in East Kilbride shopping centre and you can eat in there also if you like. The curry sauce is nice and thick and doesn't slide off the chips.

We ordered fish and chips that were a dried up mess. It seems like they had been sitting out all day. Even my husband, who is not picky, said that it was terrible. We will not be returning.
