No straw or cup lids, no ketchup and the coke cup was 2/3rds full of ice so hardly much drink in at all! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My previous visit ordered an extra patty with my Angus burger and unfortunately never received one .visit again today ordered a whopper and mentioned this error to jazz and here respons was o!! Not the respons I was expecting perhaps some training is required on customer services!!!!!! I then challenged the young lady asking is that the only comment???? Reply. Sorry is that OK.!!!!!!!!!
