Bidra med feedbackMy coworker recommended me this place, so I went to give a try when I took vacation at Tahoe. The food is delicious, the Coconut soap is so good and the best we like, especially during the winter time. The red curry and glass noddle are also our favorite. Couple appetizers we ordered are also good. Overall the food is so good. The price is much cheaper than we expected. Highly recommended.
Don’t miss the crab fried rice with crab legs. Their Tom Kha is delicious. We also ordered their Pad Thai, and though it’s also tasty but our noodles were overcooked. Overall, a good Thai food option in South Lake Tahoe.
My dinner was great, and I have to say the Thai Iced Coffee was excellent. Staff was very friendly and made me feel at home, that's greatly appreciated. And the flowers on the table were fresh, a nice little touch. Thank you for a great dinner, I will definitely be back for some more of that coffee too.
The crab fried rice here is fantastic! I had read in some reviews that it might be imitation crab, but I was pleased to find out that it's real, although it's not the highest quality crab meat. The rest of the fried rice was quite good, including the eggs. The interior of the restaurant is quite inviting, with a colorful ceiling and lovely Thai decor. They also offer outdoor dining under a makeshift shelter, which looks like it was put together with items from the ACE hardware store down the street. The service was a bit slow, with servers managing to check on guests approximately every 20 minutes, but they did eventually make the rounds.
Every meal we've had here has been outstanding. The service is excellent, and the decor has received some lovely upgrades. I highly recommend any dish with basil, and their cucumber salad is amazing!
