Bidra med feedbackI ordered Doordash from this Del Taco and was blown away by the food, service and delivery speed. “Freaky fast service” was previously branded by Jimmy John’s, but Del Taco should coin this term as their own. #trademarkI literally ordered DoorDash, fell asleep, woke up 13 mins later to my dogs barking at my drunk neighbors outside my house, setting up a tent during the winter (DON’T ASK WHY).Fell back to sleep, woke up 7 mins later to my dog licking sniffing the carpet, I spilt soy sauce on that exact spot earlier, during morning yoga. Interesting enough, egg rolls during morning stretches do not mix well.Fell back to sleep for 23 mins, and went to my front door and found they had delivered my order 24 mins prior!!Blown away by the speed of this late night/post midnight order!!!Thanks for fulfilling my late night food cravings, truly appreciative of your delivery/timeline/extra hot sauces in the bag!!!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendliness!!Wheelchair accessibility: You can use your wheelchair in this space.
I was doing a Uber eats order for this location. The restaurant instructions said the lobby closed at 10 and to use the drive-through after 10. It was about 11pm when I went. I went to the drive-through and they refused to let me get the pick up order through it, and told me I had to come inside. They said the lobby was open until 12 and I could only get it inside. So then I had to wait in the drive-through for about 30 more minutes for three other cars to get their order before I could leave the drive-through to go inside to get the pick up. When I got inside I had like four people look at me, and nobody came up to help me they just walked in the back. I waited for like 15minutes inside with no help. So I saw an order on the corner of the counter, I grabbed it to read the ticket to see if it was the right one, so I could leave. I’d already waited a long time in the drive through line and now waited for someone to acknowledge me. I wanted to hurry and get the customer their order and go home I was tired. Then finally they came over to help because they were worried I was stealing it. Gave me the drink for the order and sent me on my way. The staff was very hostile and rude for no reason anytime they spoke to me. I was saying thank you and please and they still were very mean. It was not an enjoyable experience. I also wrote a review on Uber to review this location.
The past two times the food has been dry and really tough to chew for some reason.
Not sure where you found your night crew, but they and whoever hired them all deserve a raise.:Large order 1:00 am Saturday morning.got my whole orderHad hot sauce and napkins in the backGuy at the window was pleasant to deal with great attitude.Finally appreciation to whomever was on the grill.Apon unwrapping i expected an edible mess , was ecstatic and so appreciative of the correct proportions of cheese, not soggy tomatoes and still fresh lettuce for a large order completed under 6 min.i didnt have anything but large bills tonight but i woulda tipped these guys $10 before i saw the food.thanks again tyler
If I could give zero stars, I would. the two girls who drive through the car, treated us with the most disrespect I experienced in an car. they were lavish and rude and had no gedulding because they, as they said, were “on a timer”. could not even take away my payment method without keeping the bag of food from the window that repeatedly say “is her eating. here you are eating. here is her food.” I don’t sweat. incredibly immature. never a problem at this place until today. I'm sorry, it's not the fault of the customer they hate their job. they'll get a new one. never return to this place and tell all my family and friends about this experience.
